Returns & Refunds
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. If you receive an item that meets any of these criteria, please contact me within 14 days of receipt and I will arrange a refund or replacement.
For change of mind returns, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Shipping
All items are carefully packaged and shipped from Melbourne, Australia. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days via Australia Post. International shipping times vary by destination. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing before dispatch. If an item requires additional making time, I will contact you with an estimated timeframe.
Consumer Guarantees
Under Australian Consumer Law, all goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Your personal information is collected only for the purpose of fulfilling your order and communicating with you about your purchase. I do not share your information with third parties except as required to process and ship your order. Your information is stored securely and in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
